Abstract

This case study analyzes the rapid implementation of telemedicine services across 25 healthcare facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through interviews with healthcare providers and analysis of patient satisfaction data, we identified critical success factors and common challenges. Key findings include the importance of technology training, patient digital literacy support, and regulatory flexibility. We provide a framework for sustainable telemedicine integration that balances innovation with equity considerations.
