Abstract

This systematic review examines the application of blockchain technology in supply chain management across various industries. We analyzed 87 peer-reviewed articles published between 2018 and 2024, identifying key implementation patterns and challenges. The review reveals that blockchain can significantly improve traceability, reduce fraud, and enhance trust among supply chain partners. However, scalability, energy consumption, and regulatory uncertainty remain significant barriers to widespread adoption.
